About Toby Bannon

Toby Bannon is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department, vice‑chair of the life sciences practice group, and co‑chair of the clinical research practice group. He advises life sciences clients on complex licensing, research and development collaborations, clinical trial agreements, and manufacturing, supply, and commercialisation arrangements. A lifelong science enthusiast, Toby brings a deep appreciation of each client’s technology to his advocacy and negotiations. His work has been widely recognised. Toby also brings valuable in-house experience and practicality to his practice, having previously served as R&D counsel at Alexion Pharmaceuticals.
