John E. Tracey
is a partner who represents developers and landowners in land use and zoning matters in the three counties and many municipalities in Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland, as well as representing cellular providers and tower owners in land use approvals within these jurisdictions. He also represents business owners and operators in liquor licensing matters in the state of Delaware. He is admitted to the US District Court for the District of Delaware, the US Court of Appeals for Third Circuit, and all State of Delaware Courts. His memberships include the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association; he is a former member (by governor's appointment) of the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers Council and has sat on the board of the Home Builders Association of Delaware.
