About Lisa Broulik

Lisa Broulik is a director in Case Lombardi’s real estate practice group, concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business and tax law, and estate planning. She has extensive experience in representing commercial land owners, resort and residential developers, and tenants in the leasing, purchase and sale, subdivision, and condominium and planned community development of commercial real estate across the state. Lisa also advises clients on tax and estate planning and other matters affecting corporate governance and strategy. She currently serves as co-managing director of the firm and is a member of the governing executive committee.
