About Tracy Wright

Tracy Wright is a partner with Hawley Troxell whose practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, construction disputes, real property matters and IP litigation. He represents businesses, property owners, contractors, developers and individuals in complex disputes, providing strategic counsel and effective advocacy throughout all stages of litigation and dispute resolution. Tracy is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts throughout Idaho. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of matters before state and federal courts, construction arbitration panels, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Tracy also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
