About Kelci Laster

Kelci Laster focuses her practice on health law, advising Hall Render clients on transaction-related matters. She assists a broad array of clients ‒ spanning hospitals, hospital foundations, physician groups, health systems, and other non-profit organisations ‒ as they navigate the complex regulations that govern the healthcare and non-profit industries. Kelci’s transactional experience encompasses entity creation and dissolution, M&A, and state filings, including charitable solicitation registrations, foreign entity registrations, and state tax filings. She is highly involved in contract drafting (eg, physician employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, and professional service agreements).
