About Ben Parks

Ben Parks is an associate at Gordon Arata, where his practice includes commercial transactions and litigation in a multitude of industries. Ben has worked with clients on real estate litigation, M&A, and general corporate and real estate law. He has also assisted contractors in navigating the Louisiana Public and Private Works Acts. Ben graduated LSU Law cum laude. He served as a senior associate and development editor of the Louisiana Law Review. While in law school, Ben worked as a judicial extern for the Honourable Brian Jackson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
