About Gerald “Jess” Waltman III

Gerald “Jess” Waltman III represents clients in real estate, banking, construction, energy, and other litigation matters. Prior to joining Gordon Arata, Jess litigated complex pharmaceuticals and medical device cases across the USA. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. A 2016 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Jess is an active member of the New Orleans Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He previously served as the president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar.
