About Marion Weinstock

Marion Weinstock serves as chair of the commercial transactions section at Gordon Arata and has worked on complex, multimillion-dollar real estate matters for clients. Marion has handled and closed real estate purchases and sales of apartment complexes, warehouses, shopping centres, and other commercial properties. She has also negotiated and prepared commercial leases (for landlords and tenants alike), purchase agreements, condominium documents, servitude agreements and many other types of contracts and agreements. Marion regularly represents chemical plants in eight- or nine-figure deals, negotiating and documenting acquisitions and sales of plants, as well as the granting and obtaining of servitudes, leases, and other industrial real estate-related agreements.
