About Michael Botnick

Michael Botnick of Gordon Arata has more than 40 years of experience in commercial transactions, litigation, real estate, and construction matters. His experience includes representing the City of New Orleans, various public entities, landlords, public and private developers, lending institutions, a publicly traded REIT, real estate companies, and brokers. Michael has negotiated and prepared commercial leases for landlords, warehouses, shopping centres, hospitals, office buildings, and tenants. He has assisted clients with zoning, permitting and licensing issues and the reviewing, drafting and negotiating of construction agreements, development agreements and service contracts, as well as with the purchase and sale of commercial developments.
