John E Milner
is in his 41st year of practice as an environmental attorney with the firm and his 35th as a partner, with a wealth of experience in environmental law, environmental litigation and governmental relations. He is a past chair of the Section of Environment, Energy and Resources of the American Bar Association; a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers; a past chair of the Section of Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law of the Mississippi Bar Association; a past board chair of the Mississippi Chapter of The Nature Conservancy; a board member of the Mississippi Energy Institute; a past board member and counsel of the Mississippi Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America; and a past board member of the Mississippi Biomass Council. He currently serves as environmental counsel for the Mississippi Manufacturers Association, the Mississippi Poultry Association and the Mississippi Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores Association.
