About Adam S Walters

Adam S Walters is a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP and focuses on real estate development, from initial planning and entity formation to project completion, including litigation related to project development. He is experienced in land use and zoning matters, including environmental impact review pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. He is a member of the American, New York State, and Erie County Bar Associations and is the WNY Chapter Chair of the Urban Land Institute. Adam is also an adjunct professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning.
