About Kimberly R Nason

Kimberly R Nason is a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP and the leader of the firm’s Land, Environment & Energy practice group. She focuses her practice on land use and zoning, environmental law, and energy matters. She appears before municipalities across the State on behalf of business owners and developers regarding applications for zoning permits and approvals, including special use permits, site plan approvals, variance requests, subdivisions, and rezonings. Her land use and development practice includes extensive knowledge regarding compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act, and obtaining variances from the NYS Building Code from the Department of State. Kimberly is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the WNY Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
