About Tanisha Palvia

Tanisha Palvia is a member of MVA’s White Collar & Government Enforcement team. She spent five years in New York at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted cases ranging from financial to violent crimes. Tanisha represents corporations and individuals facing investigations, criminal prosecutions, and civil enforcement actions. She conducts internal investigations for, among others, financial institutions, private and public universities, and medical providers. Tanisha is a member of the South Asian Bar Association, the Women’s White Collar Defense Association Thought Leadership Committee, and the New York and North Carolina Bars.
