About Zac Greene

Zac Greene represents companies and individuals in complex business disputes, white collar investigations and enforcement proceedings. He conducts internal investigations and handles matters involving the DOJ, SEC, FBI, EPA, federal inspectors general and state agencies, including fraud, immigration, public corruption, FCPA, environmental and nuclear regulation, antitrust and False Claims Act allegations. He also represents businesses, financial institutions and public entities in state and federal trial and appellate courts in contract, negligence, fraud, unfair competition, securities, regulatory, constitutional and civil rights disputes. As chair of the firm’s Crisis Management Group, he helps clients prepare for and respond effectively to business crises.
