About Isaac Neill

Isaac Neill is a partner in the finance practice group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. He focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt financing transactions. Isaac routinely documents cash flow and asset-based credit facilities provided by banks and direct lenders, from the middle market to investment grade. His lending experience includes sponsor acquisition financings, working capital facilities, real estate financings, cross-border and multicurrency financings, and distressed financings across the capital structure. In addition to his core lending practice, Isaac has significant experience with out-of-court restructurings and workouts, public and private debt securities offerings, private equity investments and derivatives.
