About Joey Ponzi

Joey Ponzi is an experienced litigator and partner at Brooks Pierce. He represents clients in environmental law, health care litigation, and complex business litigation areas. Joey regularly appears before state and federal, trial, appellate and administrative courts. He represents businesses in a wide variety of environmental litigation matters such as NPDES, Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act permitting, NEPA, SPCA, and civil penalty assessments. Joey also advises clients on environmental issues such as underground storage tanks, contaminated property and land use. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Law and Litigation sections.
