Aly helps clients navigate the dynamic regulatory landscape, advising on data privacy, cross-border transfers, compliance, breach response and M&A due diligence. He develops global IP strategies, handles patent and trade mark prosecution, negotiates licences and provides legal opinions. He holds certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) through IAPP.
