About Mark Silver

Mark Silver is a partner in the product liability group at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP. Mark has successfully defended several significant product liability actions and has acted as lead local counsel in prominent pharmaceutical multi-district litigations. Mark is a former contributing editor to the Product Liability Desk Reference, a Fifty-State Compendium (2001-2004). In addition to his trial work, Mark has successfully appealed cases to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mark is also an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University teaching Law and Ethics through Television and Film.
