About Timothy Duffy

Timothy Duffy is a partner in the product liability group at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP. He has been defending pharmaceutical companies for over 40 years. In addition to his defence work, Timothy also acts as corporate counsel to small and mid-size businesses, which involves such areas as corporate structuring and restructuring, negotiations concerning sale and purchase agreements, consultation on environmental and regulatory matters, municipal land use matters, as well as employment and human resource issues. Timothy serves on the Advisory Board for the Assumption College for Sisters and is an executive committee member and former chairperson of the Tri-County Scholarship Fund, Mendham, New Jersey.
