About Michael J Lubben

Michael J Lubben is corporate group director at Gibbons, focusing his practice on transactional work with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions (including SAFEs and convertible debt), and cross-border transactions. He counsels start-up companies and other clients with respect to joint ventures and strategic alliances; shareholder disputes; sales, distribution and agency agreements; the formation and structure of business entities; and the merger, acquisition and disposition of business interests. Michael has represented institutional and individual investors, financial institutions and governmental authorities, among others. He is a former chair of the Banking Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
