About Robert Malone

Robert Malone is Chair Emeritus of the Gibbons P.C. Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group. He practices in all areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a focus on sophisticated corporate reorganisations, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-related litigation. His particular experience in the area of corporate reorganisations includes representation of official committees of unsecured creditors and bondholders, debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 and 7 trustees, secured creditors and lenders, indenture trustees, asset purchasers, lessors, and other significant creditors. Robert is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
