David J. Petersen
chairs Tonkon Torp's Real Estate and Land Use practice group. His practice focuses on transactional real estate and land use. David regularly works with developers to bring projects to fruition, including residential subdivisions, senior housing facilities, office parks, retail stores and utility facilities. He has a subspecialty focusing on renewable energy, having worked with many clients to bring utility-scale wind and solar facilities online in Oregon, California and elsewhere.
