is a partner at Poyner Spruill and his practice is focused on employment litigation. He represents employers in many areas of labor and employment law, including race, age, gender, religion, national origin, and disability employment discrimination claims, wrongful death discharge claims, and wage and hour claims. He also represents companies and individuals involving non-compete covenants, trade secrets, and other matters associated with departing employees. Kevin is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association. Kevin is a regular contributor to Poyner Spruill’s bi-weekly Employer Alert. Most recently, he published an article about the National Labor Relations Board’s decisions on various policies in employee handbooks which eased workplace policy restrictions. Kevin is a certified Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma by the Legal Lean Sigma Institute®.
