David B. Dibble
is a partner in the firm and a member of the firm’s recruiting committee. In private practice for 14 years, David has focused primarily on defending employers in a range of employment matters. He is also involved in a broad range of litigation and commercial matters. He has experience representing both large and small companies at all stages of litigation, and his practice includes complex commercial litigation, general litigation, federal and state employment litigation, administrative agency practice, and advising on business and employment issues. David also represents employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has experience representing companies in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, sports and entertainment, airlines, mining, transportation, finance, and others. Prior to joining the firm, he completed judicial clerkships at the United States District Court for the District of Utah and at the Utah Court of Appeals.
