Liesel B. Stevens
is a partner in the firm and has been in private practice for 24 years. She is current chair of the firm’s associates committee and a member of the firm’s recruiting committee, and is a former chair of the firm’s Women Lawyers Group. She specializes in all phases of litigation in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, contract, wage and hour, collective actions, non-competition, and trade-secrets matters. She has experience litigating in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition, she conducts internal investigations for employers. Liesel represents clients in all industries, including retail sales, telecommunications, transportation, non-profit, financial, and winter sports, among others.
