About Sarah Caldwell

Sarah Caldwell is a partner in Reed Smith’s financial industry group, recognised for providing strategic advice to financial institutions on structured finance products. Her practice focuses on high-value, cross-border transactions, including securitisations, loan portfolio sales and debt financings – covering all asset classes and structured products including mortgage finance, consumer and trade receivables, and legal assets. Sarah is Vice Chair of the firm’s EME Women’s Initiative Committee, has been ranked in Chambers UK for Securitisation and was included in Brummell’s “Ones to Watch”, celebrating the brightest 30 under 40 in the City.
