About Mike Madigan

Mike Madigan serves as Director and Chair of Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter’s construction law practice and is widely recognised as one of Ohio’s leading construction attorneys. Drawing on decades of experience and a foundation in civil engineering and project management, Mike represents contractors, subcontractors and owners in many of the state’s most significant projects. Known for delivering practical, efficient guidance, he advises clients on contracts, warranty issues, collections and mechanic’s liens, and also handles complex claims involving delays, labour inefficiencies and differing site conditions. He is skilled in arbitration and litigation, and regularly helps clients resolve disputes through a range of alternative dispute resolution approaches.
