About Cheri D. Gatlin

Cheri D. Gatlin is emeritus managing partner of Burr & Forman LLP's Jackson, Mississippi office and chair of the firm's Construction and Project Development practice group. With more than 30 years of experience, she represents national and international owners, contractors, design professionals, sureties and suppliers in complex construction disputes; in recent years she has recovered over USD100 million in claims for increased costs and lost production. She is an AAA Commercial Arbitrator and a member of the London Court of International Arbitration, the Society of Construction Law and the German-American Chamber of Commerce, and is completing an LLM in international arbitration at the University of London.
