About John M. Lassiter

John M. Lassiter is a partner in Burr & Forman LLP's Jackson, Mississippi office and currently serves as managing partner of the Jackson office. He practises in the Construction and Project Development, Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Litigation groups, with a construction practice focused on high-end commercial and industrial owners and general contractors. John’s work includes counselling a major industrial owner through construction and logistics claims on a multibillion-dollar start-up project. He is admitted in Mississippi and Alabama and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
