Joshua W. Stover is a partner in Burr & Forman LLP's Construction and Project Development practice group in the firm's Jackson, Mississippi office. Josh represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, manufacturers and homeowners in litigation and arbitration involving design defects, delay claims, differing site conditions, bid protests and professional malpractice. He also negotiates and drafts construction and design professional contracts on behalf of clients. He has published on the AIA's insurance and bonds exhibits in Modern Contractor Solutions and contributed to the Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law's Limited Partnership chapter, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar.
