is a senior associate in the corporate and finance team. He advises on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular emphasis on the establishment, management, structuring and restructuring of both open-ended and closed-ended investment funds, private and listed, as well as advising on general corporate and regulatory issues. He has acted for international and local clients in relation to complex and high-value corporate transactions. John trained at the London office of a City-based international firm, Simmons & Simmons, where he qualified into the corporate group in 2008. Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2012, he spent a number of years in Simmons & Simmons’ corporate team in the Middle East.
