About Sharon A. Beesley

Sharon A. Beesley is the founder of the BeesMont Group and the managing partner of BeesMont Law Limited. She was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 1993. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions including domestic and international M&A and joint ventures, general corporate governance issues and, more recently, digital asset business. Sharon Beesley is an experienced lawyer who is well known among her peers in the Bermuda market for her regular handling of investment fund and corporate mandates.
