Alex Touma is a key member of A&O Shearman’s tech transactions team in San Francisco, and specialises in matters relating to IP and tech. He represents companies of all sizes, across industries including AI, platforms, blockchain, fintech, software, semiconductors and mobile tech. He advises on tech-related matters such as development and licensing agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, hosting agreements and sourcing transactions. Alex’s technical background coupled with his prior in-house experience provides him with a unique viewpoint that he is able to leverage in his transactional practice.
