About Marcin Ziarkowski

Marcin Ziarkowski is an advocate and senior associate in the IP and commercial litigation department at A&O Shearman. He frequently advises on IP/IT aspects of M&A transactions, including in the IT, ecommerce and new technologies sectors. He has been involved in various commercial cases, as well as in numerous patent invalidation proceedings. He has been representing clients in many proceedings for the invalidation of industrial property rights before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Marcin joined A&O Shearman in 2016 and has climbed the corporate ladder to the level of senior associate. In 2017, he graduated from the Intellectual Property Postgraduate Studies at the University of Warsaw.
