About Carl Goldfarb

Carl Goldfarb is a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate courts in commercial matters, including antitrust, securities, intellectual property and derivative actions. In antitrust matters, he has represented a major quick service restaurant company, a produce company, physicians, a start-up and individual consumers. For a decade, Carl ran an important securities case, which went to the US Supreme Court twice and culminated in two favourable merits decisions for Carl’s client. Before law school, Carl was a reporter for the Miami Herald, where he was part of a Pulitzer Prize-winning team.
