About Anna Hałas-Krawczyk

Anna Hałas-Krawczyk is a partner and head of the labour and employment department at Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw office, as well as the co-chair of labour and employment for Europe and the Middle East. Anna founded Greenberg Traurig’s labour and employment practice in Poland, focusing on management contracts and equity-based incentive plans for senior executives, and brings more than 20 years of professional experience in her field. Anna’s expertise includes advising domestic and international investors on employment restructuring, mass layoffs, and employee incentive programmes. She is ranked by Chambers Europe as a Band 3 practitioner and is also a member of the Polish Labour Law Association.
