About Jakub Walawski

Jakub Walawski is a member of the project and structured finance team at Greenberg Traurig. He advises Polish and foreign banks, banking syndicates and borrowers on project finance, acquisition finance, financing of PPP projects and financing or refinancing of acquisition and construction of real estate projects. He assists in preparing and negotiating facility documents, in particular LMA standard loan documentation, term sheets, intercreditor agreements and security documents. He provides legal advice on cross-border projects and supports financial institutions and borrowers from jurisdictions worldwide. Jakub also specialises in the financing of renewable energy projects, including energy projects with support of the auction system.
