About Justyna Jamroży

Justyna Jamroży is a member of the project and structured finance team at Greenberg Traurig. She specialises in banking and project finance. She has extensive experience in advising both lenders and borrowers in various domestic and international financing transactions. She has facilitated significant transactions in the areas of project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance. Justyna has advised on numerous RES financing projects, including Poland’s largest wind farm and PV power plant portfolios. Her clients include international investors, banks and financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Denmark’s Export Credit Agency (EKF).
