Marek Kozaczuk is of counsel at GT Warsaw Office, a tax adviser and attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland. With over 25 years of experience in tax advisory, Marek specialises in preventing and resolving tax disputes, representing clients before tax, customs and social insurance authorities, administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal. He has handled over 1,000 cases. His expertise includes tax risk assessment, dispute prevention, tax litigation, tax refund claims, criminal tax defence (including board members’ liability), transactional tax advisory (mergers, demergers and transformation) and tax advisory for IT companies.
