About Paweł Długoborski

Paweł Długoborski is a member of the project and structured Finance team at Greenberg Traurig. He has a broad range of focus, which includes structured finance, financial restructuring, project finance and general lending transactions. He advises on the complete spectrum of credit health, from healthy credit new money deals (corporate, acquisition and project finance) to refined stretched and/or distressed credit situations, including out-of-court and hybrid restructurings, distressed debt trades, distressed M&A financings and rescue financings. He has experience advising financiers (lenders, bondholders, insurance companies), borrowers (with PE sponsors and in sponsor-less setups) and investors.
