About Piotr Nerwiński

Piotr Nerwiński heads the project and structured finance practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw office. He has extensive experience in advising on a broad spectrum of financing transactions on the Polish and other Central and Eastern European markets. He specialises in project finance, real estate finance, sustainability-linked loans and other structured financings. Piotr places a particular focus on renewables financing, where he has advised on the largest wind and PV power plants financings in the region. He represents a number of Polish and foreign banks, multilaterals, private debt providers, sponsors and borrowers.
