About Guo Min

Guo Min is a member of the PRC Bar and Institute of Certified Public Tax Advisors of China. She is managing partner of Gide’s Beijing office and head of the China tax practice. Min has 22 years of experience in international taxation, M&A and JV projects in China, including corporate advice, restructuring and tax optimisation. She also has specialist experience in customs law, foreign exchange control and corporate legal matters. She has worked on a wide range of notable M&A projects for global clients. She is also very active in advising Chinese clients on their outbound projects in Europe and Africa.
