About Dawid Van Kędzierski

Dawid Van Kędzierski is a counsel and a member of the M&A and capital markets practices at Gide. He specialises in capital markets law, corporate law and M&A transactions, as well as in stock exchange law. He has participated in a great many significant transactions on the public and private M&A market. He has taken part in projects for strategic investors, private equity and venture capital funds in connection with the implementation of investments and the sale of portfolio companies.
