About Wojciech Czyżewski

Wojciech Czyżewski is a counsel and a member of the M&A, private equity and venture capital practices at Gide. His expertise includes handling complex M&A projects and advising at every stage of a transaction, including on negotiations and project management. He also advises on setting up corporate governance principles in public and private companies. He has participated in many important transactions in the M&A market, acting for funds and industry investors, both on the sellers’ and the purchasers’ side.
