Gaelyn, who is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the State Bar of California, has represented a wide range of financial institutions – including fund sponsors, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, investment advisers and investors – in connection with a variety of financing transactions, including collateralised loan, bond and debt obligations, synthetic CDOs, trade receivables, and derivative instruments. She has a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School.
