About Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber

Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber is head of the competition/antitrust practice at bpv Huegel and has been involved in almost all the important competition and antitrust cases in Austria in recent years. Astrid has practised EC competition law in Vienna/Brussels for over three decades. She specialises in national and European antitrust and merger control law, representing national and international clients in antitrust and merger cases before the Austrian and European competition authorities as well as in proceedings before the European courts. She has worked with several antitrust authorities, including the EC/Merger Task Force in Brussels. Astrid is on the board of the Austrian Federation for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
