About Nicolas D Wolski

Nicolas D Wolski is a partner at bpv Huegel and qualified both as an attorney-at-law and a tax adviser (in each case with qualifications in Germany and Austria). Before joining bpv Huegel, Nicolas worked for several years with major international law firms abroad, lastly as counsel with Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Frankfurt office. Nicolas focuses on tax advice in M&A transactions and specialises in the tax aspects of international reorganisations and financings, and tax controversies (tax audits, administrative and judicial appeals). He also conducts tax-driven internal investigations and advises on how to deal with the findings (eg, voluntary disclosure with the objective of avoiding sanctions).
