Before joining bpv Huegel in 2018, he worked for several years with major international law firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Graf von Westphalen Rechtsanwälte and US law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP (recently as Special European Counsel). Nicolas specialises in tax law and focuses on providing tax advice in connection with M&A transactions and cross-border structuring. Nicolas holds an LLM in taxation from the University of Muenster (Germany) and the University of Vienna.
