is an associate and member of the banking and finance team. She specialises in financial law advisory, regulation and licensing of fintech companies, financial institutions and investment funds, as well as insolvency proceedings. She also focuses on advisory related to various payment services and anti-money laundering. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Katarína gained valuable experience as a junior lawyer at a Czech law firm and as a compliance officer at a renowned financial institution. Katarina is currently completing a PhD programme at Masaryk University in Brno. She also studied at the University of Göttingen in Germany.
