About Lothar Van Driessche

Lothar Van Driessche is part of the energy and infrastructure practice at Linklaters, where he advises on a wide range of topics and transactions, including project finance, construction and public law as well as ESG, with a specific focus on public and regulated (energy) infrastructure and PPPs. Lothar obtained an LLM in European energy law at the Free University of Berlin. He has broad experience of all types of construction agreements (including 1999 and 2017 FIDIC Suites and NEC3/4), public procurement and government contracting, financing leasing, risk analysis and infrastructure finance (PPP/Private Finance Initiative), based on various types of contractual as well as tendering structures.
